1. Place the arugula, frozen strawberries, and banana slices into your blender.
2. Add the Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup if you like your smoothies on the sweeter side.
3. Pour in the almond milk or water. Use less liquid if you prefer a thicker smoothie or more if you like it drinkable.
4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more liquid and blend again.
